The Module

Law and Disorder is an academic module, taught to undergraduates at the Warwick Law School. It focuses on what happens when the everydayness of law’s order is shaken, when habitual obedience to law is interrupted. It examines the question of disorder by cutting across the traditional legal sub-disciplines, combining aspects of domestic criminal, constitutional, human rights, international and transnational hard and soft law. It is thus a practical and theoretical introduction to the question of ‘the law of disorder’.
